CIRCUS CORONA

TYPES OF CROWNS AND BRIDGES

Dental crowns and bridges are fixed prostheses that remedy destroyed teeth and missing teeth.

They can have 5 different versions that differ in their material, stability, and aesthetic appearance.

  1. Zircon ceramic crown

  2. Metal-ceramic crown

  3. Monolithic (full) Zircon crown

  4. Pressed ceramic crown

  5. Long-term temporary acrylate crown

It does not matter in which material we are planning a fixed denture.

WHAT IS A CIRCUS CERAMIC CROWN, BRIDGE?

Zircon ceramic crowns and bridges consist of a zircon frame with very good load-bearing capacity and aesthetics and toothed ceramic layers layered for this purpose. For zirconium ceramic work, the teeth must be ground around so that the finished crowns can be fixed with a special glue.

Thanks to the zircon frame, the dark discolored surface of the teeth does not disappear, thus giving the dentist the freedom to match the color scheme of the patient's remaining teeth to the maximum. The strong frame allows for the construction of shorter fixed bridges or circular bridges, thus ensuring the restoration of patients' maximum chewing function.

ADVANTAGES OF CIRCULAR CERAMIC CROWN, BRIDGE

  • tooth loss is less than tooth preparation

  • thanks to the zirconium frame, the discolored, darkened own tooth color does not appear

  • maximum aesthetic results can be achieved in the restoration of stuffed incisors

  • optimal light transmission and reflectivity

  • more natural effect

  • short preparation time (7-14 days)

  • provides an ideal occlusion setting that is comfortable for the jaw joint and tooth bed

  • 5 year warranty

DISADVANTAGES OF THE CIRCON CERAMIC CROWN, BRIDGE

  • zirconium ceramics do not provide a stable chewing function for long span bridges (more than 2 members)

CIRCULAR CERAMIC CROWN, BRIDGE CONTRAINDICATION, CONTRAINDICATION

  • the tooth, the teeth are greatly damaged, destroyed, which makes them unfit to function as a pillar tooth

  • the number of teeth remaining is small

  • the tooth bed of the remaining teeth is greatly damaged, the teeth are movable, only a small part of the root part of the teeth is fixed in the jawbone

WHAT IS A FOLL CIRCUS CROWN?

Metal-ceramic crowns and bridges consist of a metal frame with a very good load-bearing capacity and toothed ceramic layers layered for this purpose. For metal-ceramic work, the teeth must be ground around and the final crowns and bridges fixed to the tooth shapes thus formed with a special gluing technique.

The technique provides a metal opaque thin opaque layer to prevent the color of the metal from translucent through the ceramic. The technique applies toothy ceramic parts to the metal frame using a layer technique, thus ensuring the proper aesthetics

The strong frame allows for the construction of longer fixed bridges, fixed circular bridges, thus ensuring maximum chewing rehabilitation for patients.

ADVANTAGES OF METALLIC CERAMIC CROWN, BRIDGE

  • the metal frame is nickel-free

  • better price

  • aesthetic appearance, but does not approach the aesthetics of zirconium ceramics

  • long-term stability

  • short preparation time (7-14 days)

  • provides an ideal occlusion setting that is comfortable for the jaw joint and dentition

  • 5 year warranty

DISADVANTAGES OF THE METAL CERAMIC CROWN, BRIDGE

  • when replacing anterior front teeth, the aesthetics are not maximal

ZIRCON CERAMIC CROWN, BRIDGE MAKING PROTOCOL, how long does it take?

1. Meeting

Preliminary examinations and planning, specialist consultation.

2. Meeting:

During anesthesia, minimally invasive grinding of the teeth is performed, impressions  we buy  and at the end we make the immediate temporary acrylic crowns.

3. Meeting in 1 week:

Under anesthesia, the temporary crowns are removed, the still crude / matte final crowns are tried, and the occlusion is adjusted. Reattaching temporary crowns.

4. Meeting in 1 week:
Under anesthesia, remove the temporary crowns and try the shiny, light-fired, final zircon ceramic crowns. If the aesthetics of the denture are correct and functionally OK, it will be permanently glued.

5. Meeting in 1 month:

We control and monitor the condition of the prosthetic work.

After the final gluing of the zirconium ceramic crowns and bridges, we recommend an annual meeting to check the condition of the oral cavity and teeth, to perform professional tartar and hygiene treatment if necessary to protect and maintain the health of the teeth and gums.
