MY TEETH IS MOVING

WHY DO THE TEETH BEGIN TO MOVE?

The structure that secures the tooth is called a tooth bed, which consists of:

  • the tooth root

  • the jawbone

  • ligaments connecting the tooth and the jawbone

If the periodontal is overloaded, i.e., the tooth comes into contact sooner than the others at closure, a sterile inflammation develops in the periodontal. In this case, there is a sensitivity to bite, and in the long run, the teeth start to move.

If tartar and a significant amount of plaque accumulates around the periodontal, gingivitis initially develops and can then progress to periodontitis. It's a bacterial inflammation already. In this case, due to the bacterial inflammation, the jaw and ligament system that fix the tooth slowly but slowly begin to break down, and the tooth becomes movable. In more severe cases, the periodontal can break down completely.

Overloading the periodontal can increase bacterial periodontitis!

MOVING TOOT HANDLING

Plaque, tartar should be removed, occlusive overload of the tooth should be eliminated. In more severe cases, the teeth should be fastened together with an aesthetic rail at the back of the tooth surfaces.

Conventional tartar removal:

  • Using an ultrasonic depurator head, the tartar is peeled off the outer surface of the teeth, and the surfaces are polished at the end.

EMS Prophylaxis, iTop tartar removal:

  • With a special sandblasting machine, the accumulated tartar and plaque are sprayed painlessly. The sachets are washed with a solution of chlorhexidine and oral hygiene advice is given.

Closed curette:

  • Sublingual calculus and plaque should simply be raked using a curettage device under anesthesia.

Open curette:

  • If the sachet is deep or difficult to access, the area of the inflamed periodontal can be surgically accessed by gingival formation and the sachet can be cleaned.
